Si tengo que escoger o seleccionar un hombre o mujer buena moralmente, aunque sea un inculto o un ignorante, y un hombre sabio con diez premios Nóbeles, pero un ser humano malo moralmente...
Para mí es más importante el ser humano bueno moralmente, y si lo es espiritualmente, mejor, es decir, es mejor el hombre bueno moralmente, que no el sabio…
Aunque lo ideal es que una persona sea santa o lo más moral posible, y si es posible, sea lo más eficiente en su oficio o profesión, y si además es un genio en una actividad buena, pues mucho mejor…
Hemos olvidado la cultura, tradicional, durante siglos, que los seres humanos se valoraba mucho el saber, el ser sabio, el conocer y tener mucha cultura, pero también el tener una moralidad correcta, una espiritualidad-religiosidad correcta, el aspirar a la santidad, aspirar a la perfección moral y religiosa, a la unión con Dios…

Ciertamente es imposible no equivocarse, pero hay que intentar tener una salud conceptual, tener las ideas más verdaderas posibles sobre las cosas, podríamos denominarla salud intelectual, igual que nos ocupamos de tener salud económica, salud física o salud biológica, o salud psicológica…
Aunque olvidamos tener salud espiritual, es decir, salud religiosa. Pero este concepto para una mayoría importante de la población no es consciente, ni siquiera saben que sea real…

Humildad, artista o escritor, entre ciento treinta millones de títulos en el mundo, de todos los tiempos y épocas. Al menos habrá habido varios millones de escritores. Por tanto, tú, eres uno de esos varios millones.
Lo mismo aplicado a las demás artes, aunque, supongo que en menor proporción. Por consecuencia sé humilde y modesto… Si no te admiten tu trabajo, eres uno más entre millones, si se pierde o se destruye pues serás uno más entre millones…
Si ponemos de media que cada escritor haya escrito diez libros, o se conserven diez títulos, ha habido al menos diez millones de escritores, de todas las materias y ciencias y saberes. Quizás uno o dos de literatura…
Por tanto, sé modesto y sé humilde, no te desesperes, si nadie te hace caso, al final, serás uno más, que se perderá en las bibliotecas o en los cajones o en los ordenadores… solo puedes intentar realizar una obra que tenga el mayor grado de verdad, bondad, belleza, utilidad. Y nada más, los demás harán o pensarán de ella lo que crean conveniente…

Sé que llega ya la muerte, aunque no sé cuándo, todavía se puede retrasar cinco o treinta años. Pero ya sé que llega, ya sé que estoy en el último tercio de mi existir, aunque no sé cuándo y cuánto será ese tercio, si será pequeño o será grande.
¿Qué puedo decir de mi existencia y de mi existir…? ¡Qué siempre he estado buscando mayores grados de verdad-bondad-belleza-utilidad…!
¡¿Qué otra cosa puedo decir…!? ¡¿No sé de todo el esfuerzo como ser humano he realizado, no sé si algo quedará para las generaciones futuras…!? ¿¡Espero como Unamuno, de alguna manera inmortalizarme en los descendientes…!? ¡¿No sé que quedará de todo el trabajo realizado remunerado, no sé de todas las palabras, gestos, actos que haya hecho en la vida, no sé qué sucederá con la obra Cuadernos…!?
¡Si existe Otro Lado de la existencia, espero estar en el Lado Bueno de ella!
